Refund Policy
All sales of digital products (eBooks, courses, software, templates, etc.) are final. Since digital products can be duplicated and retained after downloading, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the order is completed and the product is delivered.
We strive to provide detailed product descriptions and previews to help you make informed decisions before purchasing. Please review product details carefully as we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with digital products.
If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact our support team for clarification.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct product is being purchased before completing the transaction. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for accidentally purchased digital products.
Digital Product Access
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with download instructions and a link to access your digital product. You can also access your products by logging into your account on our website.
Important: Download links may expire after a certain period. We recommend downloading and saving your digital products immediately after purchase.
If you're experiencing technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact our support team within 2 days of purchase. We will help you resolve access issues but cannot provide refunds for accessibility problems that arise after the 7-day period.
All digital products are licensed for individual use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Each user must purchase their own license.
Payment & Account
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods depending on your region. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted channels.
Payment declines can happen for various reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect card information, or your bank's security measures. Please verify your payment information and contact your financial institution if issues persist.
Note: We do not handle payment processing directly and cannot override declined transactions.
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. However, please note that we are required to maintain records of transactions for legal and accounting purposes, even after account deletion.
Technical Issues
While we thoroughly test all digital products before release, if you believe you've received a defective product or one that doesn't match its description, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
Resolution: We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or fix for genuinely defective products, but this does not include refunds.
It is the customer's responsibility to safely store and backup downloaded digital products. We are not responsible for lost files due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other circumstances.
Limited Assistance: We may be able to provide download links again within 30 days of purchase, but this is not guaranteed after the initial access period.
